As a therapist, Katie provides a warm, safe, and accepting environment in which clients can better understand and manage their emotional experiences. With the belief that the relationship with oneself is the point from which all possibilities, growth and connection emanate, Katie helps clients move toward their full potential, through the process of knowing themselves more completely.

Katie works closely with both individuals and couples in a manner that supports her clients’ healing and self-awareness. She is an active and compassionate therapist with experience helping clients face difficult or painful parts of themselves, or their past, in order to discover healthy solutions based on their unique values and goals.

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. Katie received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of her practice, she enjoys cooking and is an avid yoga practitioner. Katie is able to provide therapy in both English and French.
